Item is too small?
If your item is too small, you can ship it back to our mailing address:

We will prepare a new order to send you a new item. Returned items must not be worn or have any damages.
Received a damaged item?
If an item is damaged, we will send you a secure email with a gift coupon attached for you to re-order new shirts or apparel items. If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund. If a refund option is selected, the customer must submit the tracking number to the store before any new item will be sent. We thank you for understanding this policy!
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item?
We apologize in advance for any incorrect order and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to [ Contact Us ] to notify us of the mix-up. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Any incorrect orders that are sent to the customer will be corrected.

60 Day Return Policy
All purchases made on CulturedPearlTees.com have a 60-day return period if they’re unworn and unwashed.

Postal Returns
If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We will only ship to the address provided during the order processing.
